Ziad Tleimat

Founder and CEO
Prior to Zimcode, Mr. Tleimat was founder and president of Tleimat Business Advisors, a management consulting practice. He has over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, software development and information technology management for both established companies and startup ventures such as Computer Aided Systems, Redladder, Retailers MarketXchange, Sybase, Chiron, and Genencor.  Mr. Tleimat has extensive cross-industry experience, including robotics, materials handling, convenience stores and gas stations, retail, financial, corporate revenue tracking, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, R&D, manufacturing and environmental systems and hospitality management. Mr. Tleimat holds an MBA (honors) from Golden Gate University and a bachelor in Computer Science from San Francisco State University and has been an avid soccer player and coach for the past 30 years.


David Anderson

Founder and VP Engineering
After receiving a CS degree from UC Berkeley, Mr. Anderson worked at Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory on residential energy models and NASA on climate models. Over 14 years at Oracle he first specialized in technical support of databases and then ran DevOps for the database developers.  He also spent a decade at internet start-ups running DevOps groups, including RedLadder and RMX.


Wael Chatila

Mr. Chatila’s experience includes over 13 years in software engineering and design. His most recent leadership positions include, SR. Software Engineer & System Designer at Nook. He was also the President /Founder of Ginza World, a software integration solution. Additionally he has worked at Control4, SQLstream Inc and Core Mobility. Mr. Chatila is a graduate of the Lund Institute of Technology – Lund, Sweden where is completed a MS in Engineering Physics, Feb 2001. He speaks English, Swedish, Arabic and French.

Carol Hudson

VP, Business Development 
Ms. Hudson’s career spans 27 years in the Hospitality & Tourism industry, these years spent in the South Florida/Greater Fort Lauderdale area.  From 1992-2002, she worked in multiple positions with Marriott International, ending her stint as the sports Senior Sales Manager.  
In 2002 she left Marriott to begin working with Greater Fort Lauderdale (GFL) CVB where she dedicated the next 17 years In sports business development, and the last 7 of those years as VP of Sports Business Development.  Here she was responsible for leading the team in attracting amateur, collegiate, professional, national and international sporting events to one of the destinations' 31 municipalities.

Malcolm M Bordelon
Publisher of the Silicon Valley Business Journal. Prior to being named Publisher, Bordelon was with Sharks Sports & Entertainment (SSE) and the San Jose Sharks for 20 years, serving for 17 of those years as executive vice president of business operations.
